DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME it's called the run around for a reason please please save your time and energy if I'm being honest the only people who have ever helped me are st Vincent's de Paul all other agencies just pretend you could google the help your self

Phoned 5 times within 3 weeks for an appointment and all they keep saying is that the particular legal aid assistant will email me. They state they help the aged and my matter concerns my grandmother, however, you don’t get a response, let alone an appointment. Disgrace of a service. Wasting tax payers money.

This legal aid is an absolute joke ! They are not pro active about fighting your case as it seems to be to much effort and responsibility. They ring you at 1.45 pm in the afternoon to discuss your case on the day of the court hearing . What a joke !! They can’t even ring you on the day to discuss the outcome off proceedings. If I was to give anyone any advice it would be to get legal aid else where . I wonder where my taxes go as far as this company ! There needs to be an inquiry as to what they do as far as working in the best interest for the applicant for legal advice !
