Gave some good, free advice over the phone, and explained something that had been beyond my comprehension up til then, without the need to book an appointment. Of course, if your needs are more complex, you would need to book an appointment. Very courteous as well

I followed up on a new client form I sent weeks ago, and was told by reception I don't make enough money for them to help me. I told them I had a disability and needed help sorting through finances but the reception was firm that they won't help me as I only make $67k.
