I would recommend those seeking conveyancing to steer clear of Baw Baw Conveyancing. My experience consisted of a) having to teach the conveyancer that you do not first pay Stamp Duty then apply to have it returned for a First Home Owner's Concession, b) the conveyancer providing the lending bank with incorrect information that was never corrected and c) the conveyancer not being in the office when we had a scheduled appointment with no apology or follow up explanation. My experience with the firm was consequently an administrative disaster and a significant waste of time.
