Absolutely appalling service. Bayside Solicitors were engaged by the deceased before he died, for what should have been a straightforward simple will. It ended up taking a staggering three and a half years to complete! Communication was very slow, for long stretches, and the executor constantly had to chase them for updates. The lack of urgency, excessive delay, and the fact that they always seemed to take the most complicated, expensive route, on such a simple matter is frankly unacceptable. They charged us for every email, phone call.... Everything. They ended up charging nearly 50k Aud!!
Would not recommend if you value efficiency, being kept informed or keeping your sanity.
We will never know WHY he chose to engage their services.

As a Buyers Agent with 7 years of experience, I have worked with many solicitors on property transactions, but this firm has been the most difficult to deal with by far. They consistently chose the most time-consuming, complicated, and expensive approach to every task.

Additionally, Cherie Nolan's attitude only made the experience worse.

NOTE: I have not actually used the solicitors services.
However this is the point. I called to enquire about simple solicitor services and was met with nothing but problems, opinions, and difficulty from the receptionist. Made it too difficult, and I'll just look elsewhere.
