BCS Mackay are absolutely useless. They take over $4,000 in fees and do absolutely nothing! There’s no communication, they don’t reply to you whatsoever…
This Strata is nothing but a thieving scam!
This place is falling apart literally and THEY DON’T CARE

After switching to BCS a couple of years ago after communication issues with our previous Body Corporate, we have had nothing but great communication, updated emails and alerts when something requires actioning. Our Apartment Complex has been using BCS for many years now and they have always been helpful, proactive and efficient. AGMs and Body Corporate Meetings run seamlessly which takes pressure off the owners and helps us make decisions quickly and without any in-fighting. Another strong point of BCS is that they are friendly and professional and have a knack for dealing with all the types of personalities that Body Corporates bring.

Larissa Radford in particular has been amazing. My Apartment has had a leak ever since I purchased it and Larissa has worked tirelessly to get engineers and builders in to get it fixed. She has taken a lot of stress off me and kept me informed throughout the process. And the leak is not fixed after 12 years of builders not wanting to take the job on. I am eternally grateful.

I highly recommend BCS for looking after all your Body Corporate needs!
