Worst company ever! If I could give no stars I would. If you are thinking of swapping to this company I recommend not to. They constantly change staff and all as bad as each other. I had to constantly be on top of everything as an owner as I didn’t trust them to do their job. I had to keep chasing them to get quotes or follow up on things and when they got quotes they never bothered to look at price. They charged us for services never supplied ir poor service. So glad to finally get rid of them! Our insurance nearly ran out because they only let us know 5 days before. I requested quotes for gutter cleaning and the quote she sent me was extremely expensive. I searched my emails to see who we used last time and found the year before the company we used was half the price so I asked them to get a quote from that company then they charged us for sourcing quotes. So many other issues the list is very long.

Online system is also easy to navigate as an owner. I able to access my account and download relevant documents without fuss, and make payments easily once logged into owners portal or via direct deposit (which is my preference).

BCsystems cannot be trusted. They blatantly charged me $20 for an inspection of records, even though the fee prescribed by law is $18.25 (s222 of the Body Corporate and Community Management (Accommodation Module) Regulation 2020). That may sound like a small difference, but it shows a willingness to break the law for $1.75. If they’ll bend the rules for such a trivial amount, imagine what they would do when larger sums are involved – $99, $999, or more.

They will argue that $20 is the correct amount, but that only reveals one of two things: they are either incompetent or dishonest. Either way, the outcome is the same — disaster.

This is not a company that respects transparency, fairness, or compliance with the law. Their practices raise serious concerns, and I strongly advise anyone considering dealing with them to be extremely cautious.
