Ben was punctual and communicative and through his expert advice and service, he was able to perform deep cleaning of 2 split system units - one of which was over 10 year old and was no longer cooling at all - just dripping water onto the wall. Ben did his magic and this unit now cools not just the room it's in, but the entire main part of our house.

I'd recommend BDS Air and Property Services to anyone that wants things done right the first time.

When we moved into our rental, both of our air conditioner units were filthy. Due to having two young children we wanted to make sure they were clean and sufficient to use. We were lucky enough to get Ben around to do a deep clean to the one we would use the most - he did a FANTASTIC job and was very professional. Ben was nice enough to answer all the questions I would ask and nothing was too much trouble. Ben did such a great job, we got him to come back to a deep clean on our other air conditioner which he found previously had mice which chewed the wires. Ben offered to order parts and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend BDS!
