I am in awe of Jason Gordon from Beacon Aged Care. From our initial on line meeting which also included two of my children, we discussed my husband’s need for care, our financial situation and also our plan to move from our family home to a retirement village.
Within 24 hours Jason had a plan and had already contacted our financial adviser.
When my husband was offered a place I contacted Jason and he sent the facility all the financial details they requested.When my husbands stay became permanent Jason checked the contract and reminded me to complete a Centrelink form he had previously sent me.Jason has also given me great advice on managing my future finances.
I cannot recommend Jason and his company highly enough for always being easily contactable and highly competent. I could not have managed without them

After meeting with Jason from Beacon, to discuss my mother's moved to Residential care, I was impressed with professionalism, knowledge and care. His follow-up with the care facility was immediate. The information made the decision easier and was so helpful. I was give options, with pros & cons for each and projections for the future care. Highly recommend using this service, if considering aged care for yourself or a family member.

Wendy Celine Aged Care Financial Adviser at Beacon, advice and knowledge of so many complex areas of Age Care and Government documents has been fantastic. It has been explained in laypersons terms. Her report and assistance with paperwork and processes when placing a loved one in care has made the process less stressful. Also, her ongoing support is very much appreciated and valued. She is very prompt with emails and phone calls replies. Wendys service is invaluable with our age care process. Wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone starting the journey of loved ones going into age care.

Beacon Aged care & Retirement advisers, have a world of knowledge, for the past two and a half years they have been guiding us through what would have been a very daunting process, they take the stress away, and make everything easy..
after my late mothers passing we had a problem with the nursing home and center link, it was a long process but if it wasn't for Natalie it would not have been resolved.

The Beacon Financial Planning team have been absolutely outstanding in helping my mother find the best possible lifestyle and support arrangements to meet her needs. Their support has been essential for me in the process, and I honestly can't recommend their services highly enough.

Helpful, honest, supportive and professional, the Beacon team have assisted us twice in the past 4 years as Mum firstly navigated financial decisions about entering a retirement village, before eventually requiring the support of residential aged care.
