Dirk is a corrupt person. I was underrepresented I was fighting vro and my visitation reports with my daughter positive. I couldn't get any lawyers so went to Dirk. Dirk got my wife orders and got it signed from me half an hour before hearing. I was anxious and couldn't think anything else trusted him. He explained first page but not the rest of stuff. He trapped me and he usually negotiates money with other team always you can see his reviews . My case happened on last December. My file number is 4*55/2023 . I could have handled my case by myself. Because of him still I can't meet my daughter. He could have asked me for more money instead he demanded money from opposite team.

I changed to Beacon Family Law during my legal proceedings and I was so glad I did! While I dealt mainly with Dirk, I found the whole team to be extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. From my first meeting with Dirk, I knew I was going to be in good hands. I found his direct approach refreshing. The two way communication was fantastic, wherever possible he made himself available and I always felt I knew what was going on (even if things were quiet). He clearly articulated his expectations of me and in turn what I should expect of him. Dirk was realistic and managed my expectations throughout the process. I didn't end up proceeding to trial however, if I had, it was Dirk and his team that I wanted in my corner regardless of the outcome. I can't thank Dirk and his team enough for their professional advice and support during what was an extremely stressful time. I have no hesitation in recommending Dirk and his team and, if the arose, would definitely use him again 🙂

If I could give zero stars I totally would. Spent one year with them being represented by Dirk Klicker who at my initial meeting promised me the world and absolutely delivered nothing. The day before Mediation with my ex, Dirk informed me via phone that Mediation would be a "waste of time". After Mediation, where he basically let my ex and his lawyer dictate the narrative, told me that he was going to go back to the office to "prepare for a Pre-trial Hearing at a cost of $15K". After receivng the initial orders from my ex and his lawyer, nothing suited me financially and I informed Dirk of this. He basically said I needed to "choose something" as a starting of point. The next day I fired him. Also, his wife Melissa was always extremely rude when dealing with her. Total waste of $10K. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED

This law firm apart from being unscrupulous and incompetent are skewing their reviews to place themselves in a positive light when they are anything but. Dirk Klicker their prime and only family lawyer who represented me for 4 months cost me over 30k and did nothing but place me in financial and legal jeopardy. I would not recommend this lawyer at all. I eventually went to Elite Family law who have a range of experience caring lawyers that aren’t there just to fleece your pockets and copy and paste responses.

The whole team at Beacon family law are caring and professional and are there for their clients from the initial process through to completion.
Through a very stressful time of going through family court process, i would recommend above and beyond Dirk and Clive at Beacon Family Law, to handle your case.

Dirk Klicker was very helpful and supportive throughout the full process of my Family Court case, which lead to a positive outcome within a short time frame. Beacon family law is good value for money as they assist with keeping the costs low, throughout the process, by keeping appointments as short as possible to save their client in legal costs.
