Customer service was terrible. Ben’s website is automated to onboard new customers. It is a reasonably detailed process and gives you the impression you will be a new customer and will be contacted soon. I followed up with a detailed email to clarify what I need. Nothing. Nada. No acknowledgment. No response. No service. Why operate a business and market it online if you can not follow through on any of the basics.

As soon as he found out my taxes were complicated, this guy just stopped responding (until I asked for a refund). Could have said he didn't want to take my case but instead, chose to stuff me around and delay my taxes by even more time. Also said he doesnt take calls?! Unprofessional

Ben got me up to date on all my late tax returns (more years than I care to admit). I'd been putting this off for years because I was afraid I didn't have all the required documentation. The process with Ben couldn't have been easier, he sourced almost everything I needed and kept me informed all the way through. Ben has recently helped my husband John with late tax returns.
John had not done a return for many years, so many that I feel ill thinking about it.
John made contact with Ben 3 weeks ago, who reassured him everything would be fine and this morning there was a nice refund from the ATO in our account.
We can not thank him enough for his help. He kept John up to date the whole way through and the process was unbelievably easy.
The last tax accountant told us " this is too hard for me to do" well Ben has proved him wrong!

This man is a gentle man and a true human being I made an absolute rubbish mess of my life and finances didn't do tax returns for years and years and when I woke up sober years later and wanted an actually life back I asked Ben to help me sort out the mess ....he helped me do over ten years of missing taxes made me feel like I wasn't stupid even when I made mistakes like the wrong bank account for my returns which I couldn't believe I had coming and it was more money that I had seen for a long time Ben has helped me to finally get my life in order and I thank Jesus for sending me such a great person to help with it all I couldn't recommend Ben enough for any person or business all I can say is he is a heaven sent person and I pray Jesus will always look after him he is an absolute necessity for anyone and their family thnks to Ben I'm a single mum who can finally sleep at night knowing I had someone on my side no matter what .... And the return I got was absolutely heaven sent .....I thank the Lord for this great person 💗🙏
