I would highly recommend anyone to use Bentleys Lawyers. Harry Mitchell has been amazing, he provided fantastic advice and support during a difficult custody issue regarding my children. The best I can say is that Harry fought like they were his own kids! The fees are reasonable and Harry tried his best to avoid an expensive, drawn out court case. I had a terrible experience with Bentley’s Lawyers in Melbourne, particularly with solicitor Con Stamopoulos. My case was unnecessarily dragged out, resulting in excessive legal fees with little to no progress. It became clear that prolonging the process was more about making money rather than achieving a fair outcome.

To make matters worse, the legal advice I received was not only incorrect but also felt intentionally misleading. Con Stamopoulos was extremely rude and dismissive whenever I raised concerns, showing little regard for my situation. Instead of guiding me through the legal process fairly, I was left feeling taken advantage of and financially drained.

If you're looking for a solicitor who prioritizes clients over profits and provides honest, competent legal advice, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This experience was a complete disappointment, and I regret trusting this firm with my case.

I wanted to give more stars to them—why? Because their advice helped me to pass through the second court with success. It was an occasion where the legal professionals had spoken to me apart from that, and although I had everything ready to submit to the court, the days she had stalked me with clear photos from her car number, in different times of the day, based on the professional advice, I didn't submit them and instead focused on the breach. That strategy turned out to be effective.

She had gathered three false statements—one from a very overweight woman and another from an individual who, I believe, gave the false statement under pressure from other women. I do not wish to mention their names here and at this stage unless they attempt to cause more trouble for me out of greed or jealousy. The woman herself misrepresented an incident when I was seated on a bench and had forced the mention person to sign it. I had stepped outside to show respect, yet they turned my actions into something deceitful, and exaggerations which was screaming they are the woman's sentences and claims not a witness, accusing me of hiding. That was extremely hurtful and damaging to my reputation.

Additionally, I have a false statement from her mother. I have enough evidence that, if I decide to file a defamation case, it could potentially carry serious legal consequences for her—including, as advised to me, possibly imprisonment for up to four years. However, I have not yet decided whether to proceed legally.

The overweight woman again made false claims against me for an event. I know who she is—I have spoken to her—and I am considering appropriate action in response to what I view as dangerous behaviour, including making knowingly false statements. For most of these individuals, I had prepared my evidence, except for the one who had been forced, as I doubt that individual be that bad, actually fantastic and this is for the person not to be worried from my side, and the x is not harmful until more than one person has forced the x and has made the x apprehensive of x's family safety forcing x into giving that false statement. I intend to respond in accordance with the law for anyone else but the x; why not x, I owe x.

As for the woman herself, she had hidden in her car filming me, twice, and this behaviour is still ongoing. I am considering reporting her if she continues with this childish and intrusive conduct. It appears she is attempting to control me, as a reflection of her unresolved antisocial issues. In my view, a psychologist could assist more than I ever could and convince her, if she has any, qualities, the present ones are so low, anything about her is low; mediocrity runs in the family, the liar mother passing the genes to..

I couldn't count how many falsehoods she had presented to the court.This was evident with her mother’s statements too. They lacked the consistency and coherence typically required for such claims to be taken seriously.

Despite everything, I forgave her. I did not pursue action to cause her more pain because I believe I am better—appearance, personality, and intelligence, that much that dirty hands work on isolating and controlling me. I did not hesitate when I felt retaliation was not the right thing. Unlike her, I did not drag the process on or wait for an opportunity to cause trouble to satisfy feelings of inferiority, she has it.

I even sympathised with the stress she had at court, she had done so many wrongdoings, and I gave her another opportunity. From her repeated lying, obsession with destruction, obstructions, and illegal conduct, I see signs of antisocial tendencies. I did not hope for her recovery and still don't.

She is still driving around near my children, she has done it for years, seemingly waiting for an opportunity, and it is frightening and eroding her personality in my eyes more. However, my husband and I are making every effort to ensure the protection and safety of our children.

In the end, I wish recovery and healing for all individuals struggling with their mental twists.

Allow me to share more. I've had interactions with legal professionals, but Con and his team stand out; this stems from the motto they live by & their positive qualities; as an understanding senior lawyer, he has also cultivated a circle of empathetic, dexterous people. I saved his number as 'kind' years ago. He cares about his reputation by achieving the best results for clients.
I worked closely with two of Con's colleagues besides himself, Aaron & James. They were taking or returning my calls, making right decisions & giving me fair advice. James was sharing updates with me straightaway; he was open-minded & persistent, so much so that I felt protected. They saw the truth, which backed up my case, 'not only by the reason, but also by their hearts' & they brought it to light in court, ultimately leading to my deserving freedom. They can help you navigate through the case & hurdles you might encounter in our legal system.
Barristers who knew what they were doing. I mention a point: I never thought how much money I might lose, but what had been done. I am appreciative, proving how someones can illuminate one's life, even when others strive to bring darkness.
I understand the hardship on the ones targeted for dest---- like me, the green eyes of jealousy; I hope reading these inspires you to take action to resume your innocence; I wish many empathise with your case as much as I do & I hope such understanding motivates them to help you, a task a genuine lawyer can accomplish practically, to defend you, to be a voice for you.
My advice is to start the consultations early, involve a barrister & be prepared; moreover, know about the dynamic & nature of your case, two things. My case ended up to: when nothing was left for lairs, but years of obstructing me, one time, the police advised I should've called 000 to not let me out for 5min. Not letting me use the streets & paths for yrs, staying inside public buildings, hiding, for ages, often, often, spreading racial dogma & more lies in a writing full of malice, even the judge got upset with her & forced the liar to ---; the judge judged her for having no proof but mental fears, lies backed by more numerous lies, bullying me on my property, times, even if I had avoided them; sending sms to my family in meetings, hiding herself close to gates or my paths, intentionally, walking to me making me leave frightened, doing all, from months before the first court until she read these here; she still does things like this, away from eyes or cameras, inside streets, maybe she is trying to get more help, support, for a liar; trying to make it like she is doing sth else, but actually, she is trying to intimidate me for her mental...; grownups:0 throwing objects on their driveway on us, we were sitting, talking inside the lawn, throwing it in a very high speed, killing. 🙁 she can't & couldn't do these legally, for their dangers for my situation, driving after me, fast, even to far away streets often, when nice couples had left & this two-le...had no witness, setting traps around our fence, for their anxiety attacks, finally they ran away, they had told terrible lies to the police:O & the Magistrate:O. She abused the justice system this way. Finally, 'dishonest players', were discouraged from sacrificing me, not themselves, with double u---, hidden under their fake masks, for their families' failures and their own innate & acquired shortc.... It was shocking seeing such extreme antisocialism, to lie with no force, irresponsibly, year after year; I believe'بین مردمان کوچک دروغگویی فراوان است'I couldn't have won with joy without my defenders, Bentleys here.:)

This mob cost me unbelievably over the years and only now do I have the strength to say how traumatised and disappointed I am with them.
They failed to organise a Barrister for a final hearing regarding family law till just a few hours before the hearing, ignored my fears when I stated them about my ex, advised me to fight an intervention order charge I had no chance of winning (the Barrister couldn't believe I'd been advised to fight it), the solicitor spent more time perving at The Federal Circuit Court than dealing with the matter at hand and more.
I requested my documents from them via phone and e mail but never heard back!
The mental and financial strain due to miss management of cases still causes me anxiety!

They are a disgrace!

On Con requesting I contact him recently I did so.
The way he spoke to me really deserves being reported to the solicitor ombudsman. To say Con wasn't happy with my review is an understatement and he was unable to understand or accept how his firm behaved was disgraceful. Attempting to bully someone, calling them "gutless" and going as low as to try use my son as a form to try hurt me is not ok from a legal practitioner.

I would definitely recommend Bentley Barristers and Solicitors as they did an excellent job handling my family law matter. I was not able to see my child for almost 2 years until I came to them and since then I was able to see me child. All matters were finished in a very quicker time frame without being dragged.
