Tom Ellis was excellent in his work on the sale of my father in law's home following entry into a nursing home. From initial contact through to sale, achieving an outcome above reserve, Tom has been hands on in all aspects: advice on value, selling price and marketing; work recommended on the house and land, and referrals to appropriate persons to carry out that work; adverising, marketing and inspections; and all at a very reasonable commission. The family and myself cannot recommend him too highly.
