Absolutely disgusting. Paid $330 to be moved on to another solicitor, KLM, who this solicitor moved me on to because I was “the too hard basket” only to be told from KLM, eventually told, that they hadn’t received any paperwork from Best Wilson-Shaun, and after all these weeks waiting and chasing solicitors that they won’t help either, books are fall. Was told I would be helped only to be given the run around, no emails, no contact, me chasing them. It is disgusting what a female has to go through because they have to use legal aid, Multiple solicitors won’t help unless, as I was told, I would need $30K pretty much to get me started but legal aid will help me, only to find out that no solicitors want to help anyone on legal aid… And you wonder why someone like me commits suicide, because we get passed off to the next solicitor who charges a fee only to be told they can’t help but we know someone who can… pfffft another waste of $330, thanks for nothing, by rights you should be refunding my $330 seeing as you said you were going to help but did nothing even after I kept chasing
To try and get things done to KLM who never received anything from your office. I wonder how many get charged $330 only to be messed around😢🌸

Kiara and the team at BWB have been nothing short of amazing to deal with. For me the experience of dealing with a property settlement after divorce is something that I never wanted to have to go through, nor wish upon anyone else for that matter. However, in times where emotions are high, I would highly recommend getting help from the team at BWB, and having them provide you with the correct advice using their level heads. Navigating through any legal matters requires so much time and effort, so in my opinion, this is best left to the professionals. Kiara has been prompt and professional, yet at the same time understanding, and not at all bias in dealing with my personal matter which I was concerned about being a male.
