The female consultant we had was not good at dealing with a loggerhead, showed no expertise dealing with tough situations.
Don't go here!...Relationships Australia are far better at dealing with conflicting couples.

They’ll have offer kind help. They’re short staffed though. They can’t tell
you what the problem is, but there is a big big problem. They can talk to you on the phone as long as the day starts in “Th” and they’re not off on that day or just busy on lunch.
What’s your payment details? We will take that now…

From my little exposure of this practice I believe it is terrible,
You can’t contact the facility, been over a week and still haven’t been invited in for my participation, I have to say my side, then after my side then a joint mediation to discuss a parenting plan, I’ve already lost out on 2months with my 2 children, and by there standards, I won’t be able to facilitate a parenting plan by February, march next year with how long they take, I’ve read the reviews and seems like an ongoing problem with this practice, so looks like 6-8 months off not having anything to do with my kids because off your lack off organisation and system in place!

did multiple sessions to get absolutely nowhere to put in a former complaint and got all my money back. you lot need to do a serious revamp on how you do mediation and actually listen and take in what you have been told. your attitude towards genuine dads was horrible and everything i told you prior the session happened and you sat there in shock like oh gosh i dont understand how that happened despite me telling you exactly how it was going to play out before it even happened. someone should actually start an all male service and start supporting all the genuine dads out there being taken for a ride from this totally corrupt system thats designed to ruin them.

In terms of mental health support, Better place has some amazing and caring members that really helped me on my road to recovery. Their team helped me to create boundaries, improve my coping mechanisms and find a happier outlook on life. I highly recommend teenagers and young adults to seek help here. A really beautiful set up for our healthcare system; especially helpful when you don't have to pay out of pocket for sessions.

Have just tried making a booking with the centre and my gosh was it painful. They were not compassionate one bit and the last lady i spoke to, to try and complete my intake before I terminated the call was rude and dismissive. You should know the nature of your customers and sensitivity off the scenario. Speaking to them to seek help has landed me in more tears and frustration. Dont bother.

Unfortunately, I did not go anywhere with their service. At the beginning it seemed as if they were really interested in helping us as a family. They made me believe they knew what they were doing. But after 5 months dealing with counsellors and mediators, the result was cero.

If you're interested in saving your relationship, invest in a private place and do better.
In my case it didn't helped us at all, on the contrary, it helped create a bigger gap between us.
Looking back, it was just a waste of time and money.
