100% recommend Bevan and Co. The seller of the property my son was purchasing tried to include exclusions after he signed the contract but Rachel and Stacey were on to it straight away. The staff at Bevan and Co have detailed knowledge and provide wonderful support - Rachel explained the contract very well to my son who is buying his first property. These guys absolutely rock!!! We were blown away by the service. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, friendly, unbelievably efficient...but most of all so personable. Helped us complete a very quick settlement with absolutely no hiccups. We were kept up to date and every phone call, if not answered, was promptly returned.
