Professional, respectful, the best in this field...
I have never wrote a review for a solicitor or a convincer before as the service is usually just ok. I have done business with many legal firms.

WOW, Big Law you made the experience for my client and myself 12 out of 10...

They listen, communicate, explain what is and will happen, in plain English, for someone ( A first timer ) selling a house the whole process with Big Law was outstanding.
I believe at sometime, many small and large companies have forgotten that service is about people.

Elise is such a good lawyer and a lovely person. We have recently updated our wills and EPO and Elise bought our attention to a couple of points that we hadn't considered, nor talked about with our previous lawyers. I realised my will needed updating due to financial changes, etc. This can be a very confronting but important legal document to get right in order to ensure your family is looked after when you're gone. Legal wording was at times difficult for me to understand but after asking for them to be explained again, I was assured that it is ok, so after being guided through that minefield I was pleased to see the process in its finality.
It was a huge relief. Thank you Big Law.
