Hi. Im just looking at these comments of reviews most of them like negative but only few are actually good.
So, im confused about to get help from this company as im in Victoria & doing solde trade business on ABN, got 2 clients are just fussy at the moment and they don’t want to pay the pending amount & making excuses blah blah !!! So,still finding a good & reasonable offer from any good deals. !!?

Bill Chaser does not communicate with both parties, nor interested in relevant details. Their server bounces back the emails, calls to their phone numbers are not answered. SMS are not responded to by them. They just chase and while doing so they cause a lot of damage.
I have received a response from "the owner" who suggests to contact them on email address that bounces back from their server, therefore cannot be delivered. Is this a way how to run an agency? Your C ID 2348-1421.

Terrible customer service. They do not answer phone calls or respond to emails, instead sending repeated SMS messages to numbers unrelated to the named person or debt.

What’s the point of having a phone number, email address, or live chat if none of them are answered? There is also no way to notify them that the number they are contacting is incorrect.

Please improve your practices and conduct proper due diligence before bombarding random numbers with SMS messages on a regular basis.

The absolute extremes this business will go to, to make your life hard even when its not even a debt that you owe. if you tell them the pressure they put on you is getting too much they will lodge a false police report to ensure things are even harder!! As a business you should be ashamed of your employees behavior. I have given all relevant information as well as the phone recording I took of our conversation to the police. I hope they charge you with lodging a false police report you despicable bottom feeders.

Tenielle her name was. She was very rude to me at the start of the phone call, as she didnt even answer with her name or where I'd called. Massive cust serv fail. Then continued to be rude though the whole process while I was trying to pay a whole $19! WOW! That payment plan was set up incorrectly to weekly... again not my problem how she answers the phone or if the direct debit is set up wrong.
HONESTLY... doesn't hurt to be a tad nice to the people who aren't being rude to you or yelling and screaming...
As TL... a Lil bit of training g wouldn't go astray. Your a person Tenielle. Act like one, not an entitled robot. 3 stars... because I got her twice and hope to God there is someone else working there.

Great online experience. Easy to use and very convenient. I had been meaning to pay this bill for months but life just got in the way and I kept forgetting.
