Cannot speak highly enough of this company.
My family have used them for a number of years for various reasons.
Lorraine is just the most professional and caring compassionate person.
She is a no nonsense, get on with it person, with a heart of gold
Would never go anywhere else!

The clerks were very patient and helpful however Lorraine wasn't. She is cantankerous, on the phone. Might be time to retire!! My family will not be using this Firm ever again!

We went to another Lawyer to have our Wills done and we showed them what Lorraine had written up. The Lawyer we got a second opinion from were appalled. Lorraine's Wills template is extremely outdated. Access to Lorraine's office is difficult. If you can't walk up at least 15 -20 steps you won't be able to go into their offices. Lorraine feels its ok for her or her Receptionist to walk down the steps to the carpark to gain signed consent from her clients to complete a Will. Thank goodness we found someone with a better reputation but unfortunately they're in Melbourne!!! Look elsewhere people of Geelong

Very unprofessional. Refused to talk to family of estate, refused to take phone calls, and sold possessions off. This firm could not even spell family members names correctly. I don't have anything nice to say about this firm. Do not recommend at all.
