My experience with this firm 10 years ago was fantastic with Julia. But most recently dealing with Michael Larcombe has been nothing short of disappointing. He has since left this firm and now I know why. He had my late husbands matter for over 4 years and it’s still unresolved.

Their receptionist made some unintelligible comment to me on an initial phone call to Bishops and then hung up on me. It seemed to happen after I asked for a conflict check before I explain my matter further. I was not rude in any way. Just can't understand the poor and aggressive attitude on her behalf. All I can guess is that she was having a bad day, even though it was only 10am. Disappointing experience.

I had some bad experience with this company back in 2016. My problem was not with my lawyer who seemed to work hard on my case. My issue was with the receptionist at the front desk who was a mature aged lady. By the time my case was nearly finished I went to the company's front desk to request that my lawyer stop working on my case. The receptionist said that she would pass the message on. I then asked if I could get a written confirmation to say that my lawyer would immediately stop working on my case (otherwise I could continue to be charged high fees). This was when things went ugly. She said that there was no way she could get a written confirmation for me about this. She said the only way I could get a written confirmation was to make an appointment with my lawyer to talk to him in person about this! I was very worried that, if the next available time of my lawyer was a week away then my lawyer could continue to work on my case! Additionally, when I asked her whether I was required to pay my lawyer for making an appointment just to tell him to stop working on my case, she said, yes, you need to pay for whatever you talk to your lawyer!!

100% the most authentic lawyer I have ever meet his professional and and diligence is unsurpassed. Michael never makes you feel he that he is talking down to you and is upfront about your situation . It’s a shame he doesn’t practice all forms of law highly recommended 10/10
