Never seen such level of unprofessionalism from literally all the staff here, no communication whatsoever in anything at all and are rude as anything and will try to scam you in every way possible. Stay away from this real estate for any service negative stars. Lear thorpe this review is specially for you. Do something better in life

Firstly, it is rare for me to rate a business in a negative manner but,, If i could give this business no stars, I certainly would.
Unprofessional would be an understatement of how this so called realestate is operated.
Everything is fine and assurances of your concerns or issues will be addressed and those things fixed prior to sale.
BLAH BLAH BLAH.
Sign the contract,
Then their service is more then questionable or being atleast reasonable for what you pay them for.
Being told issues raised at inspection that were noted to be fixed prior to contract end date,only then here her responce of " oh, Didn't you put that in the contract"
Asking for relevant documents as the property was under lease and recieved nothing.
Continually ignoring phone calls and emails that you have sent.
I sent them an email on 26th November 2024 after going to their office 2 weelks prior regarding to overcharging fees and asked for a new statement after they acknowledged their statements were incorrect.
There responce was recieved 10th January 2025. No remittance statement, that you can see they have corrected what ypu raise with them,," just provide us your bank details."

Judging by the other posts on here, this will be the response

Ha ha ha.
Be concerned because nothing will be done.
So, my advice would be to stay clear of this so called " real estate " and use another business to buy your house in Blackwater.

This business illegally withheld money held in a trust fund that was owed to a client. It then lied about logistical reasons as to why the money couldn't be paid. And then, when contacted by the Residential Tenancies Authority in response to the client's complaint, it was suddenly able to pay the money. It also violated RTA requirements by asking a client to sign a condition report, effectively agreeing to the real estate's assessment alone, without first giving the client the opportunity to make their own notes about the property.

If I could give negative stars I would. Toni is unprofessional and rude. She ignores your emails and phone calls. The reception staff put you on hold and then lie to you as Toni does not want to take your call. I used them to manage my rental property. Many errors were made, which they fail to acknowledge, apologies or try to correct. DO NOT USE THEM

Being property owners in town we trusted our rental with Toni due to the new ownership take over of the business. We have been more than pleased with how Toni conducts the management of our property, she is always keeping in touch with us with any updates. She found some excellent tenants for us with a great weekly rental price and everything has been a smooth transition. Highly recommended.

The hardest choice on this review is that I still have to give one star. My experience with Blackwater Real Estate was not very good as Toni was not helpful at all and didnt reply to emails properly or nicely. She was very unprofessional on the phone and shouldnt be in that position at all I wouldnt recommend her as a property manager. I spoke to Dee at Vision Real Estate and she awsome and helped me get into a property with ease and no stress. Thankyou Vision, your loss Blackwater Real Estate bad management issues.
