Not professional and lack communication. I hired them for two matters; they overcharged me by six times their original estimate and didn't even complete the work. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Victoria. I sought her assistance in licensing/franchising my business. While her industry knowledge was commendable, her communication skills were severely lacking. Despite paying for the service in full upfront, I found myself unable to reach her for months at a time. Furthermore, her reception staff, who are located abroad, were unhelpful. After waiting for over 12 months for a licensee agreement, I received an unfinished version. This left me extremely stressed, especially since I had already secured and opened another location with a licensee, yet had no agreement to sign. Additionally, Victoria assisted me in trademarking my business. However, after another 12-month wait and no response from Victoria, I was informed via email that due to no lawyer acting on the trademark progress, the trademark would be deemed invalid.

not sure why you would claim you reply to everyone when I didn't receive one..
