Great little health center around the corner for locals. My GP, Dr Fatemehsadat has by far been the best doctor I have been to. She is extremely empathetic and knowledgeable. She listened to my issues with PCOS and supported me in getting my life on track. Cannot recommend enough. Inside is always clean and the receptionists are always friendly. The pharmacy is slightly more expensive than chemist warehouse though.

I have just read the reviews and I am shocked. I have only been here for 8 months and started coming to this practice because it is close by. Having a disabled daughter our visits are quite frequent. From our first visit we have been welcomed at reception with open arms. We have seen the same Dr on every visit and he is great.
I always find that if I treat people the way I wanted to be treated it is always a good outcome.

So disappointed attending Bluewater Medical practice. Waited over an hour in a crowded waiting room despite in a current COVID outbreak. Was not notified of the wait on arrival as I would have rebooked. Only to see a doctor I didn't book in for just one that was kind enough to take me through next. Unfortunately I was still very unsatisfied with the visit.

It was my first visit to the medical centre since moving to Bluewater however I will be avoiding returning. Would not recommend.

The Pathology woman is a clock watcher and only cares about home time and not the patients. The pathology closes at 4.30pm but the woman will not do bloods after 4.25pm so she's out the door gang on 4.30 SHARP! Must really love her job.......NOT! I would give 0 star rating if possible

The doctors, nurses and even the pathologist are fantastic at this place. The admin staff is the worst I have ever encountered in any business. No sense of customer service, no respect for patient/doctor confidentiality. These people should not be employed in this role.

These are not real doctors. Have been four times and saw four different doctors, could not understand any of them. I needed post operative care and not one even looked at wound site. What sort of doctor doesn't even look at wound? Don't waste your time here they are not real doctors.

Lovely, friendly, efficient and thorough. The process from making the phonecall for an appointment, through to dealing with receptionist on arrival, through to the doctor consultation, was a positive experience. Pharmacy right next door is practical.
