Well why did it take emails, several phone calls from one executor (my other sister, that you have named a conflict between myself and another executor via public means) which she has kept the transactions to get any information relating to inquiries as to what was happening and what else should we be doing to occur to which we received conflicting responses and excuses. My estrangement from my sister working for your company, has nothing to do with the treatment, I feel is inadequate and sounds like Oh its all your fault and a reason for my reply to your service provided I can assure it is not. I can assure you my other sister is in lock step with my opinion as response to my post. Have a nice day.

Not very impressed with the service provided. The lack of timely communication to us or from us via emails/phone calls from us coupled with urgent compliance to documentation requirements needed by that afternoon was an ever ending source of unneeded concern and anxiety, as this was a Deceased estate dealing made the exercise to close the situation made the lack of timely flowing of what was going on and what was required was frustrating.
