Our experience with Vanessa Barnes from Boardwalk Conveyancing was frustrating and disappointing. Communication was a major downfall, as she frequently failed to follow through on promises to get back to us. On multiple occasions, documents were not attached to emails as they should have been, which ultimately caused delays in our settlement.

Despite settling in October, we are still dealing with unresolved issues, such as an outstanding Water Corporation bill that was supposed to be paid by Boardwalk Conveyancing. This lack of attention to detail and follow-through has caused ongoing stress and inconvenience.

I cannot recommend Vanessa based on our experience. Property settlement is a critical process, and the level of service we received fell far short of what we expected.

It would be easy to assume all settlement agents are the same … Let me assure you through my own years of experiences as a professional real estate agent and a recent seller and buyer … this is definitely not the case.
