I went in as they opened this morning with a tyre needing repair after running over a nasty piece of debris on a Sunday. I had to drive 7 hours today to be with my Dad, who is dying, and I was very anxious. The young man who served me was so kind and helpful, said they would do it straight away. When it was finished, they said 'no charge'. That's when I started to cry. Such compassion and generosity of spirit as well as the professionalism I saw them show their other customers. We already shop here but this reinforces that the whole business is one of integrity. Thank you!

I was very happy with the Bob Jane service. They gave me immediate service and I had 4 new tyres fitted, balanced and wheels aligned in 45 minutes. Fantastic service. And it feels like I’m driving a new car again. Yippee

Was on holidays in Kiama when needed two new tyres. Bob jane newcastle are always excellent, so went to the local Bob jane down here . Was greeted by friendly staff at the counter and even though my old 1996 hiace takes 14" tyres ( not so common size these days) they had some in stock and could fit me in straight away.
A snack at hungry jacks across the way, and soon I had the text saying van was ready! No hassle, All done. Would recommend to anyone needing tyres without the usual tyre service run around.

Called in to get price on tyres and was told by staff member they would match and beat any competitors price by 10 percent so got the price of competitors and they matched it but than they tried to charge me $30 per tyre for delivery and than only offered 10 percent on the difference in price not 10 percent on the package price, I decided to leave and go to another tyre shop and showed them the prices and they gave me the whole 10 percent on the full package. Wouldn't recommend this store at all as staff back flip and dont honour what they say.
