I went to pick up my small parcel today and have been treated very unwelcome service. I provided my Driver ID to them but they still asked me for some kind of password and some kind of pin number and I told them I don't know what password and pin number but they still cause me unnecessary delay and treated me like a scammer to my own parcel while they have my Photo ID. Very low customer service and causing stressful delay.
