Relatives went to update their will. They were told it couldn’t be changed. They have to be medically cleared before anything would be done. The solicitor didn’t even get to enduring guardianship or power of attorney. The necklace topped everything off for me.
The owner of this firm did reply to this review. It is unprofessional for a solicitor to comment what I person wants in their will. To say something isn’t fair, is none of her business. Build a bridge and get over it. You do not know the family so she shouldn’t have commented period.
Six months later, this firm has failed to pass on ALL legal documents to the new firm of solicitors. I rang on 20/11/24 and I was told by the woman who answered the phone,that she would do this next week. Perhaps I should have asked which week. Still waiting the for next week for the documents to be sent to the new solicitor. What a dismal response and effort. It’s disgusting to say the least, word can’t describe it.

I don't think they deserve any stars. We have been trying to get my grandfather's will for over 4 years. My aunt has had to pay thousands of dollars for birth certificates marriage and death certificates. We have Been told numerous times it's been through court and just has to be sorted to be paid out . And than they change solicitors and for new paperwork that has already been submitted . The last I heard they told my aunty we won't get hardly anything as there fee will take it all . If they hadn't have dragged it out for so long it wouldn't have been like this. Only reason I've given one star I had to or it wouldn't post.
