I regret to report I’ve had a number of disappointing experiences with BresicWhitney Balmain. The key issue was a lack of disclosure regarding extensive building works around the property, which I only discovered post-signing the lease. These works will last for 9 months, resulting in substantial construction noise from 7am to 4pm and a significant reduction in natural light, not to mention the apartment is caged in with scaffolding.

Complicating matters further, BW failed to negotiate any form of rental reduction with the owners for the duration of these disruptive works. This lack of effort to alleviate the financial burden on me as a tenant has significantly impacted both my living conditions and financial well-being.

When I initially raised these concerns, my messages were left on read for two weeks. After this, I found myself in discussions with four different agents - yet none provided a resolution or meaningful support.

This experience has highlighted a serious need for improvement in transparency, communication, and client advocacy at BresicWhitney. Future owners and renters beware.
