I don't like writing this review but I feel that this business needs a wake up call.

We used several different conveyancing lawyers in the past and never had a bad experience before.

Positives:
Richard and the team got the purchase done.

Negatives:
1) communication
The communication was terrible. Richard often didn't respond to our emails or phone calls. Several emails regarding our settlement remained unanswered. Calls weren't returned or if they were returned it often happened several days later.
One time Richard promised to call the next day but it never happened either. Overall just a terrible communication.

2) information
Information provided by Richard were sometimes incorrect or misleading which costs us money (question if viewings with potential tenants were allowed prior settlement).
Twice we were given the wrong information regarding the settlement amount. Luckily we checked Richard's email and advised him of his mistakes.

Bryson Kelly Legal is the best place to go if you have legal matters. They were able to handle my situation correctly and professionally. They had outstanding communication skills, and they continued to provide me updates with anything regarding my matter.
