Had a great experience with Neven. He turned up on time and at my address as per the appointment. Listened to my problem and then went through all the fault-finding steps until he found the issue. Sorted out the problem and then explained to me what it was and what caused it.

A great help. Unable to access computer. removed unwanted software. Reset passwords. Checked all documents and removed unwanted.
Advice on laptop as current desk top will not sup[port Windows 11.
Just have to remember everything now.
