Conveyancer was recommended by sales agent. If it was a first purchase for me - deal would never happen. Lack of communication, delays in email responses, inaccurate, not acting to my best interest. Terrible experience, a lot of headache, as I had to double check and do their job. Every second email was replied by new person, not knowing the context. Never again yo use their services. and don't recommend to anyone.

While they got the job done, I would recommend being mindful of the conflict of interest if both the vendor and purchaser are using the same settlement service - this was noted by Bunbury Settlement Services in our case, but became disappointing when it felt like they weren't really acting in our interest. If this happened again, I would use a different service to ensure I was getting the best out of my conveyancer.
