I absolutely love this library! It’s always clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of books and resources. But what really sets it apart is the staff — they are truly amazing! Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to help with anything I need, whether it’s finding a book, using the computers, or answering questions. Bunjil library is welcoming place in a stunning space. There is a huge collection available to borrow for all ages and interests. Plenty of computers to access, great study areas and quiet spots to sit and read or listen or just relax. Lots of activities available to join giving you the opportunity to meet new people and learn new things. All this for little to no cost, makes it one of the best places to come and visit over and over again.

I visited Bunjil Place Library for a meeting and made the trip down from the city—what an impressive facility. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, helpful, and quickly directed me to where I needed to go.

The space itself is world-class: modern, beautifully designed, and clearly built with the community in mind. There are open areas for collaboration, quiet spots for study, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. Honestly, we have nothing like this in Melbourne CBD. Melbourne City Council could take a serious leaf out of Casey’s book—this is how public amenities should be done.

An exceptional asset for Narre Warren and beyond. Highly recommended.

When everything is digital the value of good old books seem to be fading away. We always encourage our child to read books. This library hosts a good range of books to choose from. Staff is really assertive and friendly. Donate $5 for library fund while you visit to keep the good thing for generations. Also they hosts fun activities like arts and craft during weekends and cultural activities and books.

Finally after 5 years of living in Cranbourne North,joined library at bunjil place. Very modern 3 level place with lift access. Staff very pleasant and so nice. Their help explaining borrowing, what was on each level and how to use borrowing and search computers was excellent.

In order to help my daughter complete her reading task, I went here to borrow some books today. Because she had to complete the books specified in the task list, I had to find four books in a long list. I asked for help from the reception staff. Everyone was very kind. Because it happened to be their shift change, two people helped me one after another. One was a girl with angelic hair, and the other was a girl named Jess. I am very grateful to them, especially Jess. She listened to my request very patiently and kindly, and took the trouble to help me find available books in a long list. There was no impatience or discrimination. She even worried that I couldn’t understand English, so she slowed down her speech. This is the first time I have felt so relaxed and comfortable since I came to Australia.

A wonderful experience within a beautiful venue. Great parking, lighting at the end of the show for security, plenty of toilets. More seating would be my only recommendation for popular shows for drinks before the show.
