There was no reason to contact you I have a new solicitor that has done more in several weeks then Jamie did the entire time he was my solicitor, so obviously it had nothing to do with the compensation system and it’s limitations, it was simply a lack of effort on his part and future clients should be aware of this so they don’t make the same mistake I did by putting their future in Jamie’s hands.
