I engaged Burleigh Law to perform conveyance services for the purchase of property on my behalf. I was impressed with Josh and the team with the handling of matters in an efficient matter, with everything being correct. I was also very impressed with Josh’s willingness to teach me about the property buying process and all the ins and outs as I was unfamiliar with it all. Josh is also very transparent about the services he provides and additional services he can provide for additional fees, and he steered me in the right direction for what searches needed to be done on the property and searches that were optional. I would recommend Burleigh Law to anyone looking looking for property transfer services. Burleigh law also offers wills which I am looking into.
