After hiring a cheap conveyancer for the sale of our parents home, who were suffering from ill health and had given my sister and I power of attorney over their affairs, we discovered that, 2 weeks out from a very complicated settlement, there was almost nothing in place and no chance of settling on the required date. After calling a few conveyancers, we quickly discovered that no one was willing to takeover and fix another conveyancers work. That's when we asked Burns and Tinney. They were helpful and agreed to look into what had happened and took on the work. What an unbelievable effort on there behalf to push through everything required in time for settlement to occur. If they are even half as good with there other services they provide, then they would still run rings around the others. Special thanks to Donna Vitiritti for all of her hard work!

Not wheelchair accessible. Front entrance has a step up which is on sloped ground meaning a portable ramp wouldn’t be safe to use here
