Lance and MJ have been really helpful to me. Their experience shows, and they have been clear about expected outcomes. They are reasonable & calm which is incredibly helpful in stressful situations. They have taken on my input and charge me fairly, which is in contrast to previous family lawyers that I have seen in Perth. Thanks guys

If I could give no stars I would
I was stood over by Lance and Toni Parkinson
telling me if I signed the papers that they knew I clearly didn’t want to sign
that I’d be seeing my children with in 6 months
but if I didn’t sign
I’d not be seeing them at all!!!!
No care in the world about making some one sign under duress and not having full understanding of the orders as I was given no time to go over them properly and I’d explained that… again didn’t care
He made promises he never kept and denied all the above when questioned by the board
Lance didn’t care about my children’s best interest and turned a blind eye knowing my children were being emotionally, mentally and psychologically abused
Shame that we put our trust in people like this and only to be let down in such a huge way 🧐😖

Oh where do I start
well I got well and truly shafted by lance and the family court, he was paid good money to represent me and get a decent fair outcome, well I lost my house it was sold undervalued $370,000 he didn’t negotiate to let me stay and buy it it’s now valued $700,000 not to mention ex wife’s superannuation and inheritance he’s useless
he just let it happen
