I would not recommend this office for conveyancing at all. The staff stepped outside their scope of conveyance work by providing uneducated and arbitrary property market advice to the vendor, which became the catalyst for the sale falling though. Very unprofessional and misleading practice.

The team helped me make a good decision on letting go of an intention to bid on a property I liked, due to suspicious contracts from the vendor parties. This is something I would not have known without the rigorous review and analysis by the B&L team.

The next property I saw, B&L worked hard to have the exchange contracts sorted within the week. Through the settlement period, I was given clear, and concise communications from the team, which gave me confidence through a stressful, and what seemed like a complex process to a novice.

Very disappointed in the high level of incompetency shown in service delivery. A simple enduring power of attorney document turned into a huge ordeal wasting many hours of time, travel and brought on unnecessary stress as rudimentary and straightforward legal process was not followed by the firm, rendering the document invalid. Whilst the firm attempted to rectify the situation at their expense but only to a limited extent, those efforts have brought more questions than answers and I have no confidence in Burridge & Legg to assist with future matters.
