I don’t like to post negative reviews but the customer service I just received was appalling!! And this has happened the few times I’ve visited this store. The man serving said absolutely nothing the whole transaction except for “do you have rewards card”, no hello, no goodbye or even eye contact. When he sung out “next” and I proceeded to the counter, I had to wait a few seconds infront of him while he checked his phone and put it back in his pocket. I completely understand this line of work can be draining, in fact I empathise with most! But this was just unacceptable. It was as if customers were inconveniencing him. Customers keep them in their job and keep the business running, they should at least attempt to greet people. But no eye contact, no greetings and checking his phone has left a very bad taste in my mouth with this business.

I didn’t realise that the store had been taken over by Indians. Very rude people. Idiot that served me scanned my license twice then had the audacity to question if I’d been anywhere else
When trading had just began. Will never go there again.

I was here at BWS alice Springs on 4 November 2023 time 4:20-4:30 girl (nepalese) at front was very rude to me and my Brother she kept on arguing for no reason we didn't say anything to her but she took it personally and started saying you can't sat that in front of me, I've right to say and criticise things she kept on arguing whereas the guy (sudanese) was very calm and nice even cops agreed with us and talked to us nicely but the girl doesn't have any sense on how to talk to customers she's getting paid because of customers coming in store she needs to work on her attitude please look into this matter kindly

The crew there is more than friendly, they do everything possible to help including the security guys. Can't thank you guys enough for your amazing customer service over the last few months. Good range of products and always good specials on offer

Service and prices are fine and no fault of BWS but I cant say Ive ever experienced 2 police standing at the front of a bottle shop entrance, question everyone and require evidence of ID, that cant open until 2pm and then have your ID scanned at the checkout to buy beer. AS is another world!
