Terrible experience – unprofessional and rude!

If we could leave zero stars, we would. We have never encountered a lawyer as unprofessional and rude as By Associates Lawyers. They refused to provide essential documents, including the court result, and ignored our requests. We had to make numerous calls and send multiple messages just to obtain a single document. Their attitude was shockingly dismissive, and we were treated with disrespect throughout the process — something we've never experienced from any professional in Australia.

After hiring another lawyer, we discovered that By Associates Lawyers had misled us. They inflated the claim amount and unnecessarily pursued the case in a higher court, resulting in excessive legal fees. Thankfully, our new lawyer resolved the case with professionalism and integrity.
