It was an absolute pleasure to work with him to secure our home.
Rez is an accomplished, consummate and knowledgeable business man.
His ability to navigate all that was asked of him was excellent.

I have been looking for property in the Byron Hinterland recently.

I first dealt with Rez from Byron and Hinterland Property over the phone. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for. From that conversation he was able to offer some valuable advice that I hadn't even considered.

When I showed up to meet Rez onsite he was already waiting with the house all opened up and lights on. He had allocated a full hour and a half to show me around the property and during that time he shared his in-depth local knowledge around how one could unlock and improve the value. As I wasn't a local this was very valuable intel.

I went back for two further viewings, (one after hours to see where the sun set) and the second where we jumped on Rez's own Gator ATV to bush bash up through thick forest to see the perimeter. I wouldn't have been able to do this without his help and it impressed me beyond belief.

I haven't ever experienced and agent so happy and willing to literally go above and beyond to show a property.
