Humiliating experience for my wife trying to sort out my father-in-law's will that needed a small change due to a recent sale of property. Was treated as though she was trying to rip her father off - in reception, not even in an office. Not that it matters - apparently the office doors stay open so that anyone can hear about the lack of funds to facilitate your settlement (which was heard while waiting for the terrible experience to occur). If we could put 0 stars we would.

Absolutely appalling service, unprofessional and impersonal nature! from the reception staff to Sandra who WAS my lawyer. I requested another firm, as this was a custody case and I had no confidence in her representation or anyone else in that building! SHOCKING 0 out of 10.
Not one email or phone call war returned since I was engaged with them.

Casual, disorganised, and poor attention to detail. Did some conveyancing for my elderly parents and messed it up. Then convinced them to redo their Wills and Power of Attorney documents all of which were in order and up to date. Charged them a lot to prepare document that were not required. Would not recommend

We have used caboolture law a few times over the last couple of years. The last few months purchasing land through covid had many challenges, caboolture law, Mel and the team, went over and above to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. With many extensions required due to banks and austpost delays we cannot thank the team enough! Would recommend cabolture law!
