Highly recommend this firm. Always very welcoming on the phone, special mention to Karen, who always had a happy caring manner, when I was calling. I dealt primarily with Melissa, she always went above and beyond, very patient and understanding. At times when she was away, I would be notified and her associates were always brought up to date with my case and able to help me with any queries.
Going through the family court system is one of the hardest experiences I have had to endure and I appreciate I had Melissa there, guiding me along the way. She made the experience as bearable as humanly possible.

I have done some research and now aware this firm has no ties with Julia. The current owner Melissa is incredibly insightful, genuinely deeply compassionate and has integrity in abiding by processes that protect the child and making that the primary focus. I had been to a few lawyers before I came here. Natalija was very professional, very punctual and very patient with me as when it comes to my childs safety things can get heated as anyone new to this situation will tell you. She itemised every expense, was always in touch before hearings and informed me of any time she would be unavailable which her colleague would then cover.

I considered my case extremely messy and was glad to have someone of her character representing me.

Poor representation of clients, nil communication, lawyer never available & pushed from one to another. Constantly using up funding without any resolution or move forward. Their best action is “no action” & I have witnessed solicitor advising that while they stall any procedure the child is going nowhere! This does not help in any party moving forward!

This is an outside opinion & view from witnessing this firm and their unprofessionalism towards clients.

This law firm gets grants from LAWA to assist their clients then sends the paperwork out telling their clients to “fill this paperwork work in to your best ability & return it via email or fax before date due”

Will be reporting this to legal aid if this firm do not start representing their client professionally as per the grants & funding granted!!
