Both of my parents have used camatta lempens for years and years, they are both now deceased, my mum recently this year and my now orphan brother and I (19 and 21 y/o) have had non stop problems since she passed! It started with multiple errors in her will, which should’ve been double even triple checked back in 2007 when it was written. Not only did they spell her name wrong numerous times throughout the whole will but they also had her sign on the last page next to a statement claiming it was my FATHER’S last will and testament, not her own (he supposedly died without one just to add). Steve Kenny is an utter nightmare to get in contact with, it took 6 weeks just to get in contact with him to begin the probate process even though he was notified days after she had died. For such a straightforward process, him and his team have made this far more complicated than it ever needed to be. My brother and I had gotten a second opinion from a family and estate lawyer who gave us a clear indication of the time it would take to file all the necessary documents. Please for your sanity and wallet, see a lawyer who specialises in family and estate and not one who was alive when the bible was written!!! This has been and will continue to be a frustrating time for us on top of coping with the grief of having lost both our parents.

My first experience with them doing a straight probate was very good and a reasonable price. The second was to draw up a will. Complications arose. Their handling was poor. The lawyer was changed to Robert with no hand over advice to us. Good if nothing goes wrong and you are happy to risk it.

Poppy Matters of Camatta Lempens was the lawyer I needed to guide me through a tough family court process. Overall, the firm was professional, well organised and reasonably priced. She herself presented as polite, intelligent, efficient, understanding and calm whilst given the situation I was in at that time, was emotionally unable to be any of those things!
