BEWARE! Rude, Unprofessional, Looking down on people and Dismissive. Thats the experience that we had dealing with Campbell law’s Principal (Tim). I don’t usually review and put on any negative reviews but we were shocked by the extremely poor service today where we were expecting legal advice but getting interrogated instead. We engaged with numerous legal practitioners and never had anyone so unwelcoming, disrespectful and unfriendly. We do not recommend such practice with no standards to customer service. Towards the end, I was also told “you’re not meant to be here without a mask”. That sums all our interactions and stay away for such business. They just lost a customer with portfolio of 40+ properties and judged us by asking “have you got properties?”. Very unprofessional. Us being there was a huge time waster!

Oh my good people.....for the love of God! I wish to warn you all!!! DO NOT consult with this law firm. I would not even contemplate sending my mother in-law to see them. Its principle (Campbell Law) lacks ethics and morals - in explaining and conducting matters to the point that it reflects negatively on the legal fraternity, thus giving it (the industry) a bad reputation. I will never, ever again trust lawyers in full, due to my experience with Campbell Law. In all - very unprofessional,unreliable and incompetent.
