Getting 1 star because at least the appointment happened and the images were able to be taken.

Other than that... do NOT get an ultrasound from Janet. Perhaps she wasn't having a good day herself, but I found her to be extremely rude, impatient, cold overall my appointment honestly just felt like a massive inconvenience for her.

I understand they aren't there to take special photos just for Mum & Dad to keep, I get it... they have a job to do.

But honestly, in my opinion Janet is in the WRONG industry when it comes to first time Mum's. Im thankful this wasn't my 1st ever ultrasound, otherwise I'd be feeling very discouraged and disappointed by the lack of consideration that was shown at my appointment today.

The receptionists are very attentive and friendly. The place is admirably clean. My experience with my first ultrasound was quite comfortable and pleasant. Quite professional staff. And the website makes it very easy to find information and make appointments.
