After a negative experience with another lawyer that cost $3,000 with zero outcome, finding Clare to deal with my matter was a great relief. Whilst being practical and efficient, I found Clare to be compassionate though maintaining a high level of professionalism. Clare was very accommodating of my needs and to my enquiries and my matter was resolved, with some assistance from community based mediation services, with an outcome not too far from the one that I'd hoped for at the beginning (with some compromise but that's unrelated to Clare's services). If I had to relive the last seven months, I would've engaged Clare in the early days rather than leaving it until September after the less positive experience with another organisation. An efficient, effective and professional service. Highly recommend and will use again if I need to.

I was surprised to be able to find a fixed price Lawyer as all other Lawyers I had searched for were hourly rate and very very expensive.
Clare was always helpful and patient as things tend to take a long time.
I was happy with Clare’s service for the price and there didn’t seem to be any restriction on the number of contacts, emails etc included in the fixed price.
