I highly recommend Vijay and the whole team to anyone looking to purchase a portable oxygen concentrator. They were responsive to my request, walked me through the purchasing process and liaised with my mum's Home Care Package provider. They are also more affordable than other local providers. Vijay is clearly very passionate about giving people dependent on O2 their freedom back with compact portable devices and is very knowledgeable about which device is the right one based on your diagnosis and current O2 requirements. From ordering products in for me to taking the time to ensure I am informed about the products I use.
I have a complicated medical history and the staff ensures they know my health status and are able to give me the best care possible.
