Poorest service I have ever known.

Have used once before & service was ok, hence was wanting to make them my legal representatives for all matters moving forward in family and estate management.

This latest experience though was dreadful beyond words! Engaged a solicitor to write up a contractual agreement, however he couldn’t be bothered doing the actual work.

Tried to call on numerous occasions and left multiple messages, but seems no one there can be bothered to even return a call, let alone address the issue.

Extremely poor service is an understatement!
