I cannot speak highly enough of Nicky and Andy. They were both thorough and well organised from start to finish.

Having never had a regular optometrist, I can now happily say that Nicky and the Carlton Eyecare Team will be the only place I go to moving forward.

I heard about Nicky by chance, over 20 years ago, through my cousin's then husband. And she has been my optometrist ever since. I absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants a great optometrist. I have a number of family members who also started seeing her 20 years ago, and they still go.
Look, we could go to one of the impersonal franchise businesses 5 mins from home, but I don't think my 20 mins drive to see an exceptional eye professional is too far. Andy is the practice manager, and his service and professional assistance is also unbeatable. All around a great optometry practice.

As a glasses wearer of many years, I can honestly say Nicky and Andy have provided the best eye care I have ever received!
Nicky is a true professional.
Not only is she highly knowledgeable and thorough in her approach to eye care, she takes the time to listen and explain and genuinely cares about her customers - I trust her implicitly with my eye care (and that of my family and friends!)

Nicky goes above and beyond your standard check up, provided us with extra tests for all my children explaining every step and purpose. Nicky is brilliant at her job and we all love going. Very professional and learned in her field, Nicky takes pride in providing you with the most accurate current diagnosis of your eyes but also seeks to prevent foreseeable damage as well. You know you’re in great hands.

Andy’s vast knowledge of every colour, shape and style of frame to suit your face is second to none, so it makes choosing a frame easy! Not to mention, he is so patient whilst I’ve tried on every pair in the shop!

Nicky is a true professional who shows great care to my whole family when it comes to our eye health. We have been patients of Nicky and Andy for many years and nothing is too much trouble, I recently took my broken specs to them for urgent repairs and they were able to get them back to me within 48 hours looking close to brand new. Highly recommend these guys for all your eye care needs.
