I had really bad experience with Carroll & O'dea lawyers. I must say STAY AWAY if you can. After several months literally two years they came came up with if you want to go to court in the final stages of my claim and I have to now pay all the legal fees in case I lose. First they gave me hope I could win easily initial stage of my claim but after that long wait they gave me 60% chances of wins. Now I had to say NO as I don’t want to end up paying the huge legal fees!!!

It was a public liability claim and since I was with Carroll & O'dea lawyers, they had never pay me a cent for my ambulance call, or any other doctors or imaging or surgery fees.

After all this, it made me thinking that somehow they probably got their fees covered from other party and refuse to fight for me. It was such a conspiracy and I got trapped into. So I would never recommend Carroll & O'dea lawyers
